This is called Next Level Coaching for a reason, Steve coached me toward identifying what motivates me to do great work, and we explored ways I could better express it in my work. As a result, I applied for and received a promotion to Senior Marketing Manager, a position in which I am able to make incredible impact on the business and my own personal career, beyond anything I thought possible before.
